    Came here a few weeks ago through the drive through.  I don't know if I was muttering or what but the lady on the drive through had to ask me the same question 3 or 4 times before she finally got it.

    I found the prices to be a bit on the high side compared to that other state named Chicken place.

    There really wasn't a whole lot on the menu that interested me too much.  I ended up getting the Poor Boy which was pretty good.  I do admit their mashed potatoes are better than those other guys though.

    Will give it another try or two before I really fully make up my mind about whether this is a place I will visit often or not.  But this first impression wasn't that great.

    I am IRATE at the lack of service. 
    My husband's request for his birthday was a picnic at the lake with Popeye's spicy chicken. We went on the 25th as we knew they would be closed when we left for the lake. We arrived and stood at the counter for close to 10 mins before the girl there decided we needed to be waited on. THEN the register was not even assigned so we had to wait for her to figure out how to assign it. THEN she was not listening to me when I showed her the coupon for a 10 pc chicken or tenders for 9.99. She said a 10 pc tender after I clearly asked for spicy chicken. I corrected her and she rang up a 10 pc mild. My husband corrected her again and she said Oh I will get the right one. At the counter he asked AGAIN if it was spicy and she said yes. We left and put the chicken in our picnic basket. Guess what. IT was NOT what we ordered. We did not eat the chicken and I took it back after we returned from the lake and was told by a different "manager" that she was not allowed to give refunds. What a crock of crap. You basically steal my money for something I never ordered and I can not get a refund. Had to end up throwing the chicken away after it molded because it was NOT what we ordered. I contacted via Social Media and was told I would be contacted yet almost a week later NO contact. NO refund NO Nothing. I will NOT be spending my money with a crap company anymore that can not at least have the decency to refund my money when THEY can not hire employees that can do their job. I have managed fast food before and this one is not being run correctly. I used to only go to Popeyes but I guess back to KFC it is.

    Ordered at the drive thru. Three meals, nothing outrageous. Extremely slow service- waited for about 10 minutes at the window. As if the terrible ticket time wasn't enough, when we got home we were missing our popcorn shrimp order.

    I called the store to let them know my order was messed up. I was transferred to the female working the drive thru and read my receipt to her (she remembered our order) and told her we were missing the popcorn shrimp. She said I'm wrong and she packed the order herself. I described to her the contents from the bag. She still insisted I was lying.

    At this point I realized this wasn't worth my time and hung up. Popeyes can keep the extra $5 they stole from us. Won't be long before they go out of business with this type of customer service and ridiculous ticket time.

    Went to pick up dinner at for my family and small children. Orders chicken tenders meal for my kids. I was asked multiple times if I wanted mild chicken tenders. Got home and gave them to my kids. After children complain it was spicy I took a closer look at the tenders, they turned out to be spicy. I was eating one of the tenders and picked up a different tender and broke it in half end up being what I can only think is plastic wrap batters and Fried. Never going to eat here again. Eat at your own risk .

    Spent $19 and some change on what was supposed to be a 12 Piece Spicy Chicken Only order. Got home and there was 1 Thigh, 2 legs and 9 wings. The Chicken I got was NOT Spicy, it was Mild. I do go to this store often and I have to say this is the 1st time I have had an issue. But, in this case I do feel like I just wasted $19.00. Someone there should make good on this. Who puts together an order like this? The wings had almost NO meat on them. This seems to have quite the turnover on employees. PLK has yet to address this issue with me. Someone needs to make good on this.
